small outlet, size options very limited most of the stuff was either xxxs or xxl. some items had higher outlet prices than the regular collection on sale. what I liked about the outlet was that most items were sorted by color and size.nI was hoping for some nice nulu define jackets, but they had them only in one color..
Rating: 3/5nThe Lululemon outlet is quite a small.nThe range is a bit limited and there aren’t many sizes available, but you can still find some good pieces if you have a browse.nJust note there are no returns since it’s an outlet. The staff here were very nice as well nOverall, the prices are decent and you might score a great deal if you’re lucky!
Looking for a top in bigger size and the system said 2 stocks at back. A tall female staff helped a local customer to find a whole rank of clothes and was saying she can go back to find more her size if she needs. And I waited they finished and then approached to the sales ask politely if she can help me to find just ONE top for my mom. She said ok and back to bring me a totally different jacket to me. I said sorry that is not what I was looking for. And she said then we don’t have it fake smile and left. So I have to find the other staff who is a male, and really warm and helpful. Thanks to him, I got the right gift for my family. Hope the store can do better training to the staff, and less discrimination to the customers no matter they are locals or travelers!
How did your manager find an excellent and patient employee like Linda? Her service is simply perfect. I bought more than 10 clothes and patiently helped me find my size. Please keep such a good employee! At the end of March next year, I will bring more than 20 people to buy clothes, which is not a lie. Next year, I will get married and order afternoon tea next to me, and by the way, everyone will come to buy clothes. I want to say that if there is no good employee like Linda, I would rather go back to Melbourne to buy it!
Check pricing online for each item before you buy from this store. It’s an outlet store which to me means it ought to be the cheapest price but a pair of leggings I purchased from the outlet was $99 but on the website it was only $74. The outlet purchase terms are also less favourable than their online terms - no refunds or exchanges. I contacted Lululemon and they’re well aware of this.
