They refused to exchange the size. I bought two pairs of pants for my husband, but they were too small. The very next day, I went back to exchange them, but they told me it wasn't possible. I’m confused as to why they wouldn't allow a size exchange. Is this legal in Australia?nnWhen I got home, I realized the tags were still on! Now I have to go all the way back again. I’m really disappointed!
Staffs are very friendly and supportive. They double checked size when i paid. Also, recommend me to do tax refund.nHowever, if you are size 6,8,10 is not worth to go because less items for those size.
I just was in the store today and what a vibe - each of the staff was available to help and they were very responsive to the needs of everyone even in the busy store.nnThe manager I think it was because he seemed to help the newer staff out was really positive and helpful to his team and seemed genuinely happy to be there.nnI needed help with sizing for purchasing for my parents and they went over and above and helped a lot with product knowledge.nnI hope they aren’t just seasonal staff - a Colombian lady, the manager & the fitting room guy with slightly longer hair because they were *chefs kiss* great at customer service! And apologies for profiling them like that!
Just the best ..people travel from Other countrys to just go to this shop .. ery good prices
Worth a look if you in the area but not worth the trip on its own. Extremely limited stock available on the day I visited Man, Medium, with only XL, XXL available. Pricing was not overly discounted and Lulu's quality doesn't seem to be as good as it once was.
