I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the lululemon Brighton store, thanks to the lovely Izzy. She went above and beyond to help me find the right size and style for the specific activities I had in mind. Nothing was too much trouble for her—she was incredibly attentive, caring, and friendly from the moment I walked in. It felt like having my very own personal shopper!nnThe level of service I received truly made my shopping experience a pleasure, and I left feeling confident and excited about my purchases. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family for all their activewear essentials!

I had a highly disappointing experience with Lululemon's customer service. I purchased a pair of pants in-store and requested alterations for the length. The sales associate assured me it would take 7-10 days and could be shipped to my address. I provided my address on the spot. However, despite my request for shipping, I was notified to pick up the altered pants in-store. After reminding them of my shipping request, they asked for my address again, delaying the process by almost 10 days. Even after providing my address for the second time, it took them another week to ship. Upon inquiring, I was informed that they had just received the pants, which contradicted the facts. This was unacceptable as I purchased the pants for maternity wear, and with the imminent arrival of my baby, I still hadn't received them. The lack of consideration and professionalism in handling this matter was evident.  This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I question the necessity of keeping the pants at this point. Overall, this has been an extremely poor consumer experience, and Lululemon's customer service has failed to meet even the basic standards of competence.

Sarah went above and beyond helping me find the perfect present for my boyfriend -these golf shorts are AMAZING! Will be back again Brighton lulu!

I was at the Church Street store and felt I was an inconvenience to the staff as they were too busy chatting amongst themselves.  I would have bought many items but didn't because I didn't find the staff very helpful. The customer service was poor.
