I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the lululemon Brighton store, thanks to the lovely Izzy. She went above and beyond to help me find the right size and style for the specific activities I had in mind. Nothing was too much trouble for her—she was incredibly attentive, caring, and friendly from the moment I walked in. It felt like having my very own personal shopper!nnThe level of service I received truly made my shopping experience a pleasure, and I left feeling confident and excited about my purchases. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family for all their activewear essentials!

I wanted to pass on feedback in relation to Lululemon’s Brighton staff.nnI brought in my 11 year old daughter who was given two vouchers for Christmas, she’s a very confident young girl in life however when it comes to shopping / clothing it’s the complete opposite. It was a bit of a thing just getting her outside her comfort zone to come in and try on nice active wear. Quite overwhelming for her in the lead up.nnYour staff I wish I got their names who were on shift on Saturday 6th April were absolutely outstanding. They made her feel comfortable, not self conscious and related to her feelings. She walked away saying that wasn’t bad like I thought it was going to be and the staff were soooo nice. It’d even got raised how nice the staff were that night at the dinner table.nnI wanted to let you know as people are easy to be negative in life, however your service made a difference to a little girl, the little things builds confidence in young girls so thank you. Five stars!!!

I had a highly disappointing experience with Lululemon's customer service. I purchased a pair of pants in-store and requested alterations for the length. The sales associate assured me it would take 7-10 days and could be shipped to my address. I provided my address on the spot. However, despite my request for shipping, I was notified to pick up the altered pants in-store. After reminding them of my shipping request, they asked for my address again, delaying the process by almost 10 days. Even after providing my address for the second time, it took them another week to ship. Upon inquiring, I was informed that they had just received the pants, which contradicted the facts. This was unacceptable as I purchased the pants for maternity wear, and with the imminent arrival of my baby, I still hadn't received them. The lack of consideration and professionalism in handling this matter was evident.  This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I question the necessity of keeping the pants at this point. Overall, this has been an extremely poor consumer experience, and Lululemon's customer service has failed to meet even the basic standards of competence.

I was at the Church Street store and felt I was an inconvenience to the staff as they were too busy chatting amongst themselves.  I would have bought many items but didn't because I didn't find the staff very helpful. The customer service was poor.
