The young girls working in the fitting room on Sunday 7/9 should not be in customer service. They completely ignored my elderly Nana in a wheelchair, offered no assistance, and made us feel like an inconvenience. They dragged their feet, were dismissive, and made zero effort to check sizes, offer help, or create a welcoming experience. I watched how they treated other customers - the same rude, unprofessional attitude every time. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a store.
I was served by Georgia today and my gosh she was incredible, I have never shopped at Lululemon before but I am a forever customer now. Georgia took me through the store as I was in a rush and picked out everything I loved, she is a top asset to the business with such a warm friendly positive aura. We need more people on the retail front line like Georgia.nAmazing work, please make sure she is recognised for her impeccable assistance.i left with a smile on my face and completely satisfied
Was served by two very helpful staff here when I was there to purchase a few items for my niece. The staff recommended alternative design when the one my niece wanted was sold out. And she shared clear information of the material. She was patient with my questions and quick in gathering the pieces that I needed to buy.nnThe service at the cashier was efficient. Overall experience is excellent
Today 26/05/2025 11.38am, A lady with black glasses, black singlet and a braided ponytail to be specific, was extremely rude to me at the checkout! Not even a hello and thanks or see you later unlike the other two girls at the checkout to other customers! All I had was an unhappy face and rude tone! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced out of all the Lululemon stores I’ve been to! Would not recommend to anyone unless customer service is not important to you in retail!!!
I really like Lululemon pants for work but the last 5 pairs keep ripping. I’m a Physio and they advertise these clothes to be suited for my work demands. That being said I barely go end range of movement in them yet they still tear like this. Bit conflicted with what to do.
