Wear your Lululemon carefully! They don’t take responsibility on qualities!nI had two problem I items.nFast and free 25inch plants that tears a part at lower leg, they say they can’t replace or fix, it’s only a quality problem if is broken in 3 months — staff member told me this.nFast free hat that tears on suture for 6 centimeters it’s basically starting to falling apart, as receipt date it just gone over a year, so they don’t do any fix to it either.n$200 wastednOverall all if any problems happen over 3 months purchased you can’t get back to them. Or you can, they won’t do anything for you.
The staff in this store are helpful and polite only to good looking people. To every one else they are rude, unhelpful and almost hostile.
I’ve never encountered a more depressed Lululemon store. Ever. Having worked as an educator before and travelling to various Lululemon stores around the world, the service at this store was abysmal. Not one educator greeted my wife nor I while we were browsing, and other guests were largely ignored as well.nnEven after coming out from fits, the educator stationed there didn’t have any follow up such as a basic “how was it?”. I may have purchased quite a few items from this store, but my purchases were due entirely to the merit of the item, and nothing to do with the educators there. Would never go back here unless I want to be disappointed.
Horrible service. My boyfriend bought me the new cropped define jacket and asked a worker for the US size 2 and they gave him a US 6 which is a 10. Don’t think your workers are knowledgeable enough to know that someone asking for a US 2 is NOT A 6 on the tag my boyfriend even showed them the screenshot that I was asking for a size 2 not a 6. Train your employees since my boyfriend had to drive all the way back there.
This shop is big and offer a wider range of products. Staff are friendly and approachable to provide assistance.nnHighly recommended
