The basque cheese cake was served and sold like deli meat, I loved the concept and the execution. Smoothest creamiest cheesecake - they even let you try before you buy!nThe vibe though, was not it…empty grey open concept warehouse and tiny tiny tree stumps for seats. Perfect for takeaway, but don’t come here expecting to be able to sit down at a table - there aren’t any like I said, tree stump stools. If you wish to eat your basque cheesecake like a squirrel with an acorn in an empty space beside the pastry chefs, by all means. The cheesecake was SUPERB.
Interesting concept of cheesecake paid by weight.nnWe visited at the tail end of the day and yet my there were still many people, speaking to how readily the customers enjoyed their products. You get to line up and have a taste test of the cheesecakes before you buy, and then hang around the big open area to enjoy your cheesecake and coffee.nnThe cheesecakes absolutely did not disappoint. I would describe them as more creamy, smoother and richer than your average good cheesecake.nnNow, the cheesecakes were premium, but so was their price tags, a 100g portion would be around $5.5-6.5. Whether that is worth it is entirely on you to decide. I would still recommend trying them out if you enjoy super smooth and creamy cheesecakes.
This place serves cheesecake and coffee only. There is no place to seat. There was about 10-15 min line until you get your take away cheesecake. They had 3 varieties of baked and 3 non baked cheesecakes. This newly opened cheesecake factory was really popular! We came there around 10:30 am, and there was a huge line of people waiting to get a slice of cheesecake. We waited for about 15 minutes to get a taste of their cheesecakes.nThey offered cheesecake tasting for the customers, which was great. We tried their strawberry shortcake and Pandan basque cheesecake and we really loved them, then owner cut out the slices for us. It cost us about $23 for 250 grams of cheesecakes, which was a little pricy.nThe owner Michael was super nice and friendly, the shop was well-organised and clean. We would like to visit them again soon!
A cheesecake warehouse selling 4 types of cheesecakes, pay by the weight. You can also have a taste before you buy. The basque, Pandah and Japanese cheesecake was so delicious, tender and soft in the centre.nnService is great, just tell them the thickness of a slice you want to buy not in gram as it will be so hard and waste of other people time in the line. Then they’ll cut it up and weigh it for you. Don’t tell them you want x amount of grams because that’s too complicated.nnThe line is long but goes quick if everyone orders correctly.
