Negotiating the rental market has been challenging for first timers,but the girls at Luke Goggin are making the process much easier . Very professional,perfectly groomed and warm.

Very rude staffs I have called all the real estate and they talk really good and even if they can’t support also But this  lady and manager Georgia, so so rude I never recommend them as they don’t really helpful or supportive  If I can give 0 rating I would do that

As a tenant it is important to have real suport from the agent, I can not fault their service and respect for both me as the tenant and what they do for the owner, fantastic job team

We had an issue with the toilet during the massive downpour in October and called our Property Manager who arranged a Plumber who arrived a few hours later, they couldn’t fix it as it was an issue with all of the rain, but they checked out everything they could and said when the water in the sewerage went down it would be back to normal

Worst rental department I have ever dealt with.  They are all smiles till they get you into a property... then nothing gets done in the way of maintenance and repairs.  The rental agent tells you that legal advice you have gotten is wrong even though from a legal professional.  Would only recommend that you steer clear!

I saw a property on website and submitted a maximum offer that allows my pocket to sales manager of Luke goggin “ Paul Dalton”. Received an unexpected reply from a well experienced sales manager said.... “Dream on go away” ?? Very kind and respectful... Didn’t expected that... poor service
