Only place in town I buy my luggage from. Don't get ripped off! These guys are amazing. My tip: I recently purchased the IT luggage from here which is a UK brand, and it has been fabulous for around Europe so far. Lighter & cheaper than all the big brand names! Give it a go!
Great service! I found Luggage Direct friendly, professional and helpful - so rare these days! This was topped off with a great price and free overnight delivery. Couldn't have asked for more! Love my Ultra Light spinner suitcase as it made travelling so much easier.
The best place to purchase luggage. Walked in, gave the store associate a description of what I need, and showed me a couple bags that were perfect. Their customer service is wonderful.
Clearly state they are happy to price match however upon finding a cheaper retailer they wouldn't price match. As soon as I questioned their advertising of price matching the customer service assistant become quiet rude. I went next door to bags to go and they happily price matched with friendly staff.
