This is a really great bag shop, I hope it doesn't close. I bought a suitcase here 10 years ago and it's still going strong despite a beating by baggage handlers. Today i bought a back pack which i have hunted around around Brisbane without success. They had 100+ to pick from. Good service, good prices and a wide range.
Highly, highly recommend Bags To Go! Their service, especially their delivery service, is incredibly prompt. I ordered a suitcase one day and it arrived the next I’m based in Brisbane Metro area. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
My dad bought a 3 piece suitcase set here for me when I was 18 for my very first trip abroad. They lasted til recently which is 10 years later and I put them through the runner. Dragged through ice, mud, snow… filled to the brim and used for many many overseas trips and long flights/travels. The set wasn’t very expensive either… maybe $150/200 back then. Only recently realized it’s been 10 years and was so pleasantly surprised on the quality! We will be returning here to buy my dad a new set for his upcoming trip!
Low key, plenty of space. Not that much choice, especially in colour range. Parking is pitiful. On-street parking meters only. Workers and residents seem to use most around the area.
Spent $200 on a suitcase. Zip broke first time of use. Took it back. Refused any responsibility and told me to call/go to a repairers over 1 hour away. They have some warranty document permanently stuck on their checkout desk so i Imagine this happens loads. Avoid at all costs. Scam company... probably all products are knock offs...
Really good experience with customer service and a great range of bags
I went into this store on Friday to buy a back pack. The service both the ladies gave we was amazing- second to none and the range of products they have surpassed anything I imagined. It’s such a shame we are losing another great business in Brisbane because of Covid. The prices they have on their stock are great too. Another closing down sale worth a visit.
Great options and variety. Friendly staff.
Huge range of luggage, backpacks, soft & hard cases and travel accessories. Samsonite, Antler, Tosca, Pacsafe, among others. Pricing better than most Shopping Centre shops and even online only shops. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff considering we visited on Sunday afternoon. Got an awesome deal on a Samsonite case.
