I ordered over the phone to have an item shipped to qld and after the first parcel got jumbled in an Australia post error no fault of luft I found Luft to be beyond helpful and genuine to ensure the gift I had order arrived in time. Not only did they girt wrap and express me another item to replace but went out of their way to ensure I had received the replacement in good order. 5/5 for service and gift wrapping skills - it was beautifully presented !!
5 star service, gorgeous stock, loveliest staff I've ever come across. Great homewares, gifts, fashion... Can't recommend their store enough. And their online store is just as amazing. xx
This is the best shop of its kind. It sells elegant, beautiful wares chosen with great attention to detail. If you want a special present come here.
Gorgeous home wares and other bits and pieces. Quite expensive but a delight to look through. They stock some imported brands that are difficult to find elsewhere.
Lovely home wares, unfortunately the service was dreadful! A busy day and we waited for 25min and could not get any service. Shocking- Because I think they are closing down!!!
