I purchased a $100 hair tie at the Sydney art gallery. After a couple of wears it snapped. I emailed Lucy Folk but they never bothered to respond to me. I think her work is beautiful but expensive and doesn’t appear to be that well made. Unfortunate.
I stumbled upon the store during a wander around the beautiful city of Melbourne - I’m so pleased I stopped by! The staff were helpful, yet also gave me space to explore on my own. I think the price is reasonable for what I bought considering how unique it is, and it’s supporting a local business! I ended up purchasing a ring, and I’ve received compliments on it since I returned to Canada, I love having something unique that reminds me of my trip to Australia!
The service provided at Lucy Folk has been nothing but fabulous. I purchased a pair of glasses in store which came with a chain. My chain broke a few weeks later and the team at Lucy Folk were so prompt to reply and fix it for me. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Shortly after my chain broke again and the team at Lucy Folk completely replaced it. My experience with them has been nothing but great. I will definitely recommend my friends and family :
