A+ Service! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The process was so easy from booking online (and getting a discount for it being so easy!) to them arriving whilst I'm not even at home, to getting a phone call to let me know the progress and estimated time left until finished. I paid with my card afterwards and was emailed an invoice and receipt immediately. John had even had my spare light bulb that I had purchased fitted for me too. These guys have been the best mechanics I've ever experienced and I will be highly recommending them to everyone I know, and using them for everything my car requires going forward. One very happy customer!

As a last resort I tried Lube Mobile for my Smart car with a 'burnt out starter motor' (as diagnosed by a mechanic from a motoring body) trapped in an underground car park. The LM mechanic pulled the starter motor apart and phoned around to source the replacement - from Singapore at a cost of $1500. He reassembled the starter motor and traced the problem to a battery with low power. After a new battery and a full service I ended up one very happy customer. Lube Mobile for me from now on.
