We have spent thousands of dollars with these guys buying direct and through our builder, but never again over four weeks for them to get back to me regarding a broken door handle, all i got was excuse's. Shop local they say, support local suppliers. Why would you when this is the customer service you get. Well my upcoming home extension will see us go elsewhere for our windows/sliding doors and bathroom items. Do yourself a favor look else were, maybe somewhere that cares about customer service.....!
Smashed a window in the morning and had the guys out in the afternoon, price was very reasonable compared to another local company. Can’t even tell the window was replaced. Thanks guys
