Had a cartilage piercing on Sunday 11/09. The girl who "help" me was not very interested in helping me. Was very rude & whe I got my first piercing done she said do you want 2 I said yes...then did a complete 360 then said no. Wanted a flower stud, she said no. I have spoken to another Lovisa store & they said what she did was wrong. So if I want another piercing, I have to fork out another $40! Never will go to the Cranbourne Lovisa store again
asked to have my pockets and bags checked on my way out. in 20 years of living i have never had this requested of me and i work in retail so i know it's absolutely not acceptable from a customer service perspective. very accusatory tone and patronising when we were, in fact, not thieves. weren't asked how we were either, only asked to prove we're not stealing. a simple bag check would have been fine.
Went in for about 5 minutes just browsing the wall stock. then was asked by the cashier to see my pockets, with a very patronising tone. I took my phone and lip balm out of my pocket and she kept looking and said “is that all”. My friend happily showed her bag and the lady told her to take everything out and put it on the counter… Then she asked her to open her pockets, she didn’t have any pockets. Not great customer service even before this and from working in the retail sector you should never ask to see inside someone’s pockets, very unprofessional and accusatory
Was after 7x Angel necklaces for a client in pallative care, to give to the nurses. The 2x ladies who helped me look for them were so amazingly friendly and helpful. really nice job, the nurses loved them by the way, you made everyone's day. Thank you.
Having my first piercing in Lovisa Cranbourne, I just fwalk in their store on Saturday about lunch time, my first time. Providing great customer service second to none, Their staff, Gallie are very professional to carry out my lobe piercing and explain how to look after my ear. Will diffidently recommend my friends to here , thank u Gallie
Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Went there for a refund and in return had a very unfriendly response from the girl at the counter. She was not even sure how much refund it would be. Spoke to their regional manager who was also not helpful. No clear refund policy in the store also. They wanted to give refund only to my bank card that I used. I used the card for refund but unfortunately I couldn’t remember my pin. So I requested if they can have my signature instead of pin or they can give me cash or if I can use any other card. I told them I am their regular customer and I am already in their system. But they insisted me that’s the only way by using PIN number of the same card to have refund. Eventually they gave me the refund by accepting my card signature. They could have done it earlier. At the end that girl in the reception told me not to come to their store and harass her!!!!! If you can’t help out your customer, don’t do this job. But don’t give that type of advice to your customer. You will destroy your business. Any way I will go to other store to buy jewellery but not to Lovisa anymore.
Tried to pay for my items but when i got to the counter and said hi to the cashier, she said hi back then just kept texting on her phone while i stood there. i don’t really care about the customer service, but as someone who works in the customer service industry it’s just embarrassing to watch.
Worst experience ever. Rude and mannerless staff. Ella, Bianca and others who carry zero human values and no professionalism. These kind of people should not be employed in the sector of Customer Service. I would never like to go back to this shop again.
Appalling service at it's finest. Purchasing jewelry from the store, in under 5 hours returned it FULLY SEALED, to be told there's no refund nor exchange. A very small minded company claiming to sell budget jewellery without backing up there word. My local milk bar man would exchange container of milk for me 2 days later, should I change my mind. This is called integrity and being honourable. It was a $60 purchase, although we are not from Cranbourne the demographic is clear of the area they are ripping people off. Try doing this in Toorak !We chose to leave our purchase behind, and told the girl at the counter that tried to get our money back for us, to please pass our jewellery on that we purchased but they won't refund, to a person or child that could use the product. Disgraceful and I hope the only good thing that comes out of this transaction is someone that needs the jewellery more than the shop needs their pitiful $60. Go do a customer service course with the money you stole from us.
I had a very pleasant experience with Rhianna she was incredible, so attentive and a pleasure to be served by.
