Story

Hi Folks,

Lovehate is a design house created 12 years ago by designer, mother, and maker Geneine Honey. Lovehate was born from Geneines passion for beautifully hand crafted jewellery pieces, and has evolved over the years with Geneine into a full and comprehensive range of jewellery, ceramic wares, Australian made clothing, hosiery and leather goods all designed in our Melbourne studio.

Instead of following fashion or design trends Geneine is a self-inspired designer seeking aesthetics, shapes and colour palettes organically through her personal surroundings and experiences. Lovehate is not mass-produced, nor implements any ready - buy or outsourced products, and makes thoughtful and conscious decisions when sourcing the materials used for manufacturing. Where possible Lovehate products are made from sustainably sourced materials such as copper, brass, sterling silver, linen, and vegetable tanned leather and the clothing range is designed and made in Australia.
