Love Pho Vietnamese Cuisine

Starting with the positives - I've had worse food court experiences. That's it for positives. Barely edible noodles, tasting like they have been prepared a week ago. It's just on of those places that doesn't care. They know that nobody will eat there twice, sometimes people are just hungry and will eat anything. Avoid.

Extremely disinterested staff member when I ordered a banh mi here yesterday as a first time customer from regional SA. The taste of the carrot in the banh mi wasn't good. No care put in to serving it and service needs a huge overhaul. Disappointing.

I enjoyed the pho here. The small size at 8.9 is actually quite large. Nice noodles and meat - service was fine and relatively fast.

Cold rolls are fresh, delicious and much cheaper than anywhere else in the CBD. Noodle bowl is a great lunchtime meal and very affordable too. Haven't tried banh mi or rice bowl but friends tell me it's good too. Kind staff as well. Five stars. Would love to know why it's only 2 star average though...

My pho was a generous serve with nice meats and broth. Friendly service and awesome value for money... I've been going regularly since I found the place

Ordered rice, chicken teriyaki and pork! The chicken was yum! But the rice is just too little I guess, but thats okay, and the pork needs more salt, taste like eating flappy fat. The thing is pho is tasteless. Not enough seasoning. But they serve a lot of beef on top of the pho. Not going to eat here again lol

I should have read the reviews to not order here, either I got unlucky or I got what they always gave others. My bun bowl's crackling pork were burnt and the overall flavour wasn't there. That, and that they don't pickle the carrots and use soy sauce as a substitute for fish sauce. Am allergic to fish I tried to moisten the bun bowl with as little as possible, but being absorbent I had inevitably made it salty from the soy sauce. You should be using sweet soy sauce!

Had a Lovely Pho and Rice Paper Rolls. The rolls could have been filled a little more with more tasty fillings. Eating area was clean, plenty of chairs & tables but a little close if crowded!! Not conducive to staying a long time!!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE DEALING WITH ROBOTS. I had BBQ chicken salad & only had 2 pieces of chicken with spoons full of salad, after 30 minutes my tummy felt funny. Came home I felt very sick and vomited, found out I had FOOD POISONING. ALSO bought take away beef Pho the other week, she put everything in one container. GOT HOME NO SOUPS, VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Terrible: the bread was stale, the tofu tasted too sweet, horrific and I can't get the taste out of my mouth. 1/10 Vegetarian options: Tofu rolls, rice bowls, etc.
