I recently started yoga again (after not doing it for a number of years) in an attempt to undo two years of a constant aching back and neck from lifting my baby (now toddler). After only few weeks of Carmen’s classes, I felt amazing, refreshed and motivated, and most noticeably, the neck and back pain has eased considerably.  

Carmen’s classes are truly second to none. Her instructions during class are easy to follow, and she keeps your body moving at a smooth, calm and constant pace. Carmen has created a wonderful, friendly, supportive environment for everyone in her studio, which makes it a perfect place for beginners in particular. The studio itself is light, airy and welcoming, which adds to the calming and relaxing atmosphere.

I can’t recommend Love Life, Live Yoga enough. :-)

Amazing feel to the studio. All the teachers are lovely & make you feel completely welcome. As a newbie to yoga , I have found the place. Try it, you won't regret it. X

Practicing Yoga is a high priority in my life, and I LOVE IT. At Love Life Live Yoga I can practice as many classes as I choose, when I choose. the Instructors are uniquely different and I have grown to love all of them. After each and every practice on my mat, I leave feeling energized, refreshed and renewed.

I am really enjoying Carmen's yoga classes, she has a very profession and gently manner. Her routines are challenging yet achievable and I feel trusting in her great knowledge in the art of the yoga.

Love life live yoga is an amazing yoga studio! Occasionally you meet people who are absolutely the best in their field. Carmen is one of those people! She is incredibly talented, yet so kind and patient with beginning yogis, and gently guides all levels through interesting and active classes. 
Carmen and her fellow teachers are a big asset to bundaberg! Thankyou:).
