Love Cuisine has an authentic style of Chinese Szechuan cuisine originating from Szechuan province of south-western China. It has bold flavours, particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting from liberal use of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavour of the Szechuan pepper.

The kitchen is presided over by the star chef Hong. Hong has been trained in Szechuan top hotels and star restaurants. His modern Szechuan food combines classical cuisine with a contemporary approach to ingredients and technique.
