Would give negative ratings if possible. Its has been the worst shisha place so far paid 45$ for burnt foil , no flavour , it was like they were serving some past customer’s old shisha. Order a jug of coke for 25$ which felt like soda. We ordered some snacks as well, there menu never mentioned bacon in the chips and when we asked them concerned being vegetarians what is that , the manager said its premium bacon wont be a problem. Also the management had no coordination at all. A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Potato spun prawn was Devine- crispy spun potato and perfectly cooked prawn and presentation was second to none.

Disgusting service waited over 45min for entree and then 50mins for main. Food was awful not worth the $200+ we spent. Plates not taking after eating over 20mins and when they were they didnt ask just lent over us..no asking how we were or the food.... stood waiting to be seated had to seat ourselves. Then the table tips over we put plates under the leg to hold it up. No service at all very unfriendly place will NOT be returning. Worst experience for date night!!! Zero rating
Lovely service by all of the staff members... great cocktails and great food, was well looked after at loulous definitely will be back for their $12 parmas on Thursdays!!!
Went there for a birthday. Great music. Awesome drinks and friendliest staff
