I had a microdermabrasion and oxygen facial which was amazing. My skin feels great. I am also doing a course of RF skin tightening. The whole experience was fabulous. I think it changed owners a year ago. The new owner has bought new equipment and the experience of the staff make this my go to salon.

I'd like to thank Charlotte who was extremely friendly and flexible in accommodating me and my sister for micro and hydrated mask treatment last night. There was a misunderstanding about my booking  but Charlotte and the clinic's owner sorry, forgot her name fixed the issue and every body was happy...in fact very happy. I went there for the first time with a Groupon voucher. In the past, I've been doing micro derma with various places/clinics but only at Lotus I feel really pampered and Charlotte has awesome knowledge and passion about her job. Looking forward to coming there again for more treatment!

I feel so incredibly relaxed after my microdermabrasion I have this afternoon with Shanoush. I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. The ladies who work there, especially Shanoush, are extremely friendly and knowledgable. I got a Groupon voucher for $29 and as I was laying there having my treatment, I was in disbelief that I spent so little on such a relaxing experience. Can not wait to go back in a few weeks! Would 110% recommend Lotus Laser Clinic to all!

I'm not sure why some people had such a bad experience with Lotus Medispa. I've been going to this place for facial every 2nd or 3rd week. I feel privileged everytime I enter the door. The owner Maci & the beautician Shanoush are both always welcoming and very friendly to me. My first visit was because the Great deal that they have offerred on Groupon 4 months ago. I do appreciate the deal and the service they provided, $29 for 30mins deep cleanse facial is reasonable and feel really good after the treatment. It's well recommend to try on this deal. Of cause they are unable to keep this deal after the first visit,  again its up to you whether you want to take the price they offer after the first visit. If you don't think it's worth the value they offer,  discuss what you think and what you can afford with them.  I'm pretty sure they are approachable and very easy to talk to. They both are lovely people who gave me the opportunity to continue going for facial and enjoy this luxury service. Thank you to both. One more thing... I really like the atmospheres!

I was in this place around two weeks ago to do my laser treatment for acne caused by sun-burn. They actually did a great job and I am so happy with the results. They have new and professional equipment and literally, I felt no irritation when they were doing it, not like OTHER places.  Any way, I don’t usually leave feedbacks, but when I saw bad reviews about this place on google map, I just wanted to express my feelings. U SHOULD DEFINITELY TRY THEIR TREATMENTS.

I've been to this place last week for microdermabrasion with a lovely dermal therapist called shanoush. During my one hour appointment I was totally relaxed and my skin was so bright right after. I also had a FREE consultation with their  laser specialist  called Barbara , OH MY GOD ,she was AMAZING. She explained every single treatment that it would be suitable for my skin and she helped me to purchase a best valued package for  IPL hair removal . I can't wait to get back to this friendly place again . I WILL RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO EVERYONE.

I wasn't going to write this review however having an amazing experience with anouther business made me want to warn of people about this place. I received a gift voucher for lotus medispa in September last year, which stated a 6 month expiry. I called in January to make an appointment however after having to undergo a procedure on my back I had to call and reschedule to which the lady said was no stress and to call when I was ready.  After having to undergo a multiple of procedures on my back I finally was able to book in for my massage, by this time I had the voucher about 7 months this was in about April-may I called and explained to the lady over the phone that it was expired by 1 month, explained what had occurred with my back and was hoping they would honor the voucher, she proceeded to tell me it was fine, and then if I could come that morning. I said that was okay since I was free and she took my details. She then asked 'for a second' and went away from the phone. She came back telling me I would just need to pay $80...a discounted rate. I reminded her I had the voucher and she had just told me it would be okay to use it. She proceeded to tell me that the owners have changed hands and that it wouldn't be fair on them...I questioned her very unhappily as she had just said it was okay and booked me in. I asked her to speak to her manager and she said she would call me back in an hour. After over an hour I received a call from her, she asked me if I still wanted the massage of coarse I did  she said that what would be fair is if I paid $50 which is a fair deal for me and the new owner. She also told me it couldn't be processed on the computer anyway which I believe is completely false. Alls she was talking about is how a new owner purchased the business and it wouldn't be 'fair' for me to come in. I told her I wasn't paying as I had received a voucher to which she originally said would be fine to come in, and then she said she would talk to the owner and call me back the following week when she was back in. I never received a call!!  I normally like to support small businesses and I'm sure if I had had a good experience I may have been back. But unfortunately I wasn't even able to experience the treatment as the customer service was just terrible. Not to honor a gift voucher after 1 month when it only has a 6 month expiry is very poor. I will never ever go here, nor recommend them to any family or friends. I also don't believe lying or telling a client 'it's fair' and not calling them back to avoid the issue is the way to do business. Really atrocious

REALLY BAD! Do not go here!!!!!! Don't bother reading the 5 star reviews which are clearly fake!! If you have seen that they have discounts on Groupon DO NOT BE TEMPTED. It's really poor customer service and the treatment was a joke if I'm honest. Instead of a relaxing experience the women spent the whole time trying to convince me to buy a gel cleanser that I clearly didn't want - a suggestion is fine, but no one wants a hard sell while they are trying to have a "facial" The microdermabrasion lasted less than 30 seconds suppose to be 10-15 minutes and was done in a sloppy and random manner around my face - not focussing on problem areas. I went with my partner and as far as we know they DIDN'T CHANGE THE HEAD...!? Paid for a peel and got nothing of the sort. The only nice thing was the head massage that my partner and I both enjoyed. But we could have just done that at home.. instead of wasting our time and money at this joint. This is a low quality salon, the lady said she had a bachelor in some kind of skin care but it all seemed like a hoax to me considering she really had no idea what she was doing. I also didn't enjoy hot, smelly steam blown onto my face by a dirty old machine and not told why...  WORST PLACE! Do not visit!! Go elsewhere.

The worst facial if you could call it that ever. Do not even think about going here. When I complained the owner was unresponsive and still took my money. Very Unprofessional, the therapists hands smelled like an ashtray, I had two therapists because they couldn't work out who was going on their lunch break, click clak high heels and music as load and like a night club, DIRTY TOWELS, no privacy, no gowns, absolutely DO NOT go here.

honestly, i think these reviews are fake. This was by far the worst experience of customer service i have ever had!!!  the spa had advertised a deal for a body scrub and an hour massage so i booked this in for me and my partner. the lady over the phone was very nice and professional so no problems there. we arrived to the appointment and had to wait 30 MINUTES!!! after the appointment time to actually be seen. that is absolutely ridiculous. and while we were waiting we had to stand because all the seats were taken by other people who were waiting. 3 or 4 staff members had seen us standing and only 1 said she will get some chair for us.. she came back out 5 minutes later with no chairs as if she had completely forgotten. this was really rude of the staff and a really bad impression. we were finally taken into our appointments and 2 therapists led us through. they told us to get undressed and lie on the bed and walked out. they gave very brief instructions and i didnt know if we were meant to wear disposable underwear or not and which position to lie on the bed. also the floors werent clean and i could feel salt scrub from previous peoples treatments on my feet disgusting. very unprofessional. eventually  we had our salt scrubs and whilst my partner got plenty of scrub and had great looking skin, i got barely anything, my therapist was so stingy with the salt scrub and there was no difference ive had these treatments before and know how much to use as my friend is a beauty therapist after the scrub we were lead to the steam and shower room to sit for a while and rinse off. i was looking forward to the 60 minute massage as i had a lot of tension that needed to be relieved. when we were lead back into the treatment room the therapist didnt ask about any areas of tension, injuries or my preferred pressure so i really felt as if she couldnt care less. before the massage i had a look at the time on my phone because i had a feeling this spa was dodgy and was going to rush the treatment. the massage was ok, pressure wasnt very firm due to the therapist not asking me any questions prior to treatment and i definitely did not feel relaxed. it was a good think i had checked the time on my mobile before the treatment because by the time they had finished the massage it had only been 20 minutes. when it was supposed to be an hour massage, are these people serious?. anyway, as we left the rooms to pay for the treatment the two therapists and another lady i think the manager were at the reception desk and had charged us the price for a body scrub and 60 minute massage. they said they will then charge us for a 40 minute massage. i told them that the massage wasnt even 30 minutes and that i was not going to pay for something that i did not receive. one of the therapists blurted out "it was more than 30 minutes" and i told her no it was not as i had timed it. the manager i think then said that she will charge us for a 30 minute massage. i said okay thats fine and one of the therapists said "ok that will be $50 each then" and the manager cut her off and said "no, $65". this seemed a little ridiculous as it seemed as if the manager wanted to get more money out of us than it was really worth. i let it go and paid the money but i really felt so insulted by this lack of service and dishonesty. not a single staff member had any customer service or knew what they were doing and my experience was terrible. i would not recommend this place to anyone and would urge others to go elsewhere.
