Was always happy over the years, but went recently and the young lady started well until halfway through and then seemed to take it easy. Was standing thshold my neck firm for a few minutes. My partner had a massage straight after me and confirmed the same.
The masseuse I had today fell asleep on me. $120 for 60 mins of barely there touches. Avoid going on a Sunday afternoon. Please either give your staff more breaks, or hire more hands, or give that girl some coffee. I was almost tempted not to pay.
My neck was so stiff I was getting a headache and they fixed it!
The staff member was very rough and could see it was hurting me but he carried on doing it hard despite me indicating that he was hurting me I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK 1 star is too generous
Staff is very kind and also been training well. It's good massage shop. I suggest to visit them.
