If you're heading here to collect a parcel, don't rely on the 5pm closing time the courier slip says. I left work early having to use annual leave to ensure I got there on time. I arrived at 4:40pm. The door was 3 quarters shut. I asked if I could collect my parcel and was refused and told "we are closed" I explained the slip says 5pm close and he pointed to the door trading hours as if I'm supposed to check that the day before I come and collect my parcel or something? If you can't stick to the trading hours and want to be a collection point for parcels you need to update the slips the courier service use or just don't be one. Absolutely ridiculous
