The owners and staff at Lottie are divine. Just good old fashioned customer service. They know their customers, remember their orders and are generous nice people. Plus they have yummy snacks! Great local cafe :
Just ordered and paid for 2 large coffees. She repeated the correct order back to me but Not only did she give me small coffees when I paid for large she also gave me the complete wrong coffees with both sugars in 1 of the coffees instead of one in each. I could immediately see her mistakes as they they were small, one had chocolate and weren’t labeled correctly and she was adamant that the orders are correct. I ended up throwing them away as both consumers are lactose intolerant and I was too scared to drink them. There’s goes $11. Won’t be returning.

LOVE this cafe! The staff are so friendly, they remember my order and I love just sitting in there on my lunch break to relax. It is small but so beautiful!

Staff are super friendly and the owners even nicer. A small cafe with what seems to be more of a focus on take away coffee and food. Limited seating space but still a lovely place to have a quick bite! Coffee is always great. Only comment I'd make is it is a bit pricing for the sizing but besides from that an awesome cafe with a large selection of sandwiches,wraps, sweets and more Would recommend

Just bought my coffee from this lovely little cafe, I was a bit indecisive which is always appreciated in the morning rush! They were patient, friendly and the coffee is awesome. I didn’t eat this time the food on offer looks great
