Was very happy with the service, quality and price. I needed an express service and luckily for me they were able to help.
I had a pair of jeans badly altered from another store and decided to pop into Looksmart in Enex100 to have then tailored the way I wanted. The lady was so very kind and helpful. My jeans were ready in a day and they were perfect. The lady was super lovely and very kind. 10/10 - will definitely be returning next time I need something altered.

Excellent service from the young Lady here on what was a very busy Saturday afternoon in the shop. There was a queue at the shop yet she managed to acknowledge everyone, organize us all and attend to everyone while maintaining a friendly professional attitude at all times. I have not experienced such good attentive service - especially under pressure - from anyone for a very long time!
This morning my skirt slit ripped all the way up and i needed it repaired urgently. I went to Looksmart and Ketan was kind enough to do it for me straight away. He was a lifesaver and provided excellent prompt service. I would definitely go back there again and recommend it highly.

Took in a pair of pants to be dry cleaned from Look Smart. The day before I collect my pants to wear at an event, I get a call informing me they have lost my pants! I am so upset, they’ve offered to give me a refund on the pants, however it still doesn’t cover the cost of what I paid for them! Not to add the time and effort to now try and find something half as decent! They were a very good quality pair of pants hence dry clean only and will be irreplaceable! Do not trust this place with clothing, staff are incompetent and do not care about your personal items!
Looksmart at Enex100 is a great little business. Alterations are done expertly, with a quick turnaround time. Each time I’ve popped in there for drop off and pick up of items, the same lovely lady has been there to greet me. She clearly knows what she is doing when it comes to alterations - it’s nice to leave my clothes in good hands! 21/11/2019 - adding a review to say a massive thanks to Keiralee for fixing my dress - I now really happy with it. I think the team at Looksmart Enex100 are great; they always do an impeccable job.
