Overall this was a very positive experience. It took a while to get going for a number of reasons, not the least of which was weather and for us the removal of our pool solar. Once underway the process on a very big roof that is up to 3 storeys was very easy. We had two tradesmen for one day and then one for two more days. They were efficient, polite and friendly and did the job to a very high standard. Clean up after was excellent and we had to do no clean up ourselves. Overall very satisfied with the job.

We contracted Look at This Roof, back in October 2014, to complete a number of jobs on our roof. The process started with a thorough roof assessment, by Stuart, and a full explanation, with accompanying photos, of what was required. This was followed by a detailed written quote.  Andrew was the tradesman who completed the work. Communication with Andrew was easy and he regularly kept me well informed about what he was doing over the duration of the job. We were very happy with the end result. Recently, we discovered that we had a leak in the roof. I contacted Look at This Roof and received a prompt response, followed by timely action. Andrew came out and found the source of the leak and, once again, took photos to be able to explain what had caused the problem. A couple of other more minor leaks had also been identified and Andrew rectified these as well. He also showed me photos of what he had done. This work was covered under our warranty.
We have been really impressed with the professionalism of the owners of Look at This Roof and the tradesman who completed our initial job and the follow up work done recently. It is very reassuring to know that if a problem arises, it will be dealt with promptly and reliably.

We had our Colourbond Roof repaired/cleaned 18 Months ago. The work that was completed was entirely to our satisfaction - very Professional! We recently needed a follow up inspection as there was a minor leakage - this was fixed very promptly by Andrew  - "a true Professional" in his field of work & covered under Warranty so no cost!
We have no hesitation in Recommending "Look At This Roof". I am now Retired but did work for over 50 years in a Professional Role & have been most impressed with the standard of work by this business.
