I really appreciate your honest and telling me my rent is not high so I don’t deserve a basic house maintain. Or the basic maintain is not included in my contract?nnYou are the worst property manager Ive ever seen. To a 11 years tenant, this is how I have been treated. I would like to give you a -1 star!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with LongView real estate agency. I applied for a property and made multiple calls to follow up. Unfortunately, it took several attempts before they finally answered my call. Despite this initial difficulty, I proceeded to inspect the property and submitted my application.nnTo my dismay, I later received an email stating that the landlord had accepted another applicant. A few days later, I noticed the same property listed for rent again. I decided to give it another chance and inspected the property once more. However, despite my repeated efforts, I received no response from the agency.nnThis experience has been extremely disappointing. The staff and management at Longview appear to be unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone looking for a property.nnI hope they can improve their communication and professionalism for the sake of future clients.
Warwick and the team at Longview were fantastic throughout our journey of buying and selling. Warwick gave us detailed notes about potential houses that clearly outlined areas that my wife and I would have otherwise missed. He managed to help us secure a home that meets the needs of our family and fell within our budget. I have not doubt that my wife and I would have struggled to achieve the same result without their help. For this reason, I would highly recommend using Longview.
