One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten in QLD and indeed complimented the chef and kitchen staff!!!!! Bar staff are welcoming and friendly and we felt comfortable and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend this great business %

Amazing professional staff who actually are attentive & listen to their customer needs. Meal was so big, was offered a container for take home doggies bag. Love your work team!

We had dinner here tonight, and I had the famous pie and my partner had the chicken and mushroom pasta. Both meals were so tasty. All the staff were so friendly. We'll definitely be back :

Fantastic venue and great service. The food was amazing. My brother tried the chefs special chicken avo smash, and I’m not gonna lie, it really wasn’t all that. I think the warm avocado creamy flavour really overwhelmed the rest of the dish. Definitely not reordering, but the creativity is much appreciated. We were treated to brilliant service by the bar attendant Libby, she was lovely. The rump and ribs were fantastic, and the Wagyu Beef burger was mouth watering. Me and my family will definitely be coming back

Very disappointing, I was playing a poker machine, minding my own business, having a bit of fun as I work very hard for my money but do enjoy an outlet every once in a while. I also paid to stay the night there. I was asked to leave by the manager as he told me I was intoxicated! I must admit I was very tired so the drink may have affected me a bit more than usual but I wasn’t being rude or boisterous. I put a fair bit of money into that machine and was trying to recoup some of it back but had no chance after being escorted out! I will never go back and the buffet breakfast was terrible.

Disappointing Lunch- waitress was shocking served our lunch then told us we had to go to bar to get cutlery! booked drinks via table app and took forever so ended up chasing up and finally received - then my friend waited even longer and had to do the same - mind you it wasn’t even busy! Food was good - so really they need to work on service -sadly won’t go back

Have been here a few times and usually it is pretty good. Tonight was a different story! The management at this place is disgusting. We were told we can’t order food at the bar even though the person in front of me was ordering food. Tables around us were complaining and the one across from us were struggling to order from the menu app for her 5 kids and the lady asked the manager for help and he pretty much walked away. We ended up helping her order and she was so greatful. These managers need to get there act together before they end up with no customers.

Great tavern + restaurant, fabulous meals both dinner + breakfast, good competitive pricing with 10%discount applied. One if the best steaks I've had in a long time. Easily recommended this place

Had a terrible experience last night. We are in the hotel and decided to go here for a drink. We ordered 2 basic cocktails and 1 gin/soda. It was a decently quiet night when we went at 8pm, with at least 4 different bar staff available. Nobody saw our docket until I pointed it out after 10 minutes. Then we waited another 15-20 mins before I went up to ask again. My gin/soda was sitting on the counter out in the open. I'm not sure for how long. I ask if it's mine and the staff aren't sure. I see the docket underneath it and I can see it is ours, so I read the docket to see when we made our order... a man in a checkered shirt snatched it out of my hand I've now learnt his name is Brett. He said UM WELL ACTUALLY it's been 25 minutes. He was extremely condescending and rude to me. He then said that "we are getting there!" I sat back down and they came out after 5-10 mins. The gin/soda was fine. You can't screw that up really. But the two cocktails were awful. The margarita had off lime juice. I do bartending and I KNOW WHAT OFF LIME JUICE TASTES/SMELLS LIKE. That stuff was like.. a WEEK OLD. Or they had stored it terribly. The other drink was meant to be passionfruit, but ended up being a pineapple cocktail. Which we were not informed of that they had changed it. Not a pleasant experience. Would not go back.

Even after confirmation of booking x3 we were told there was no booking for our group, so we had to sit all over the place. Ordered the Thai beef salad and salmon dishes. Salad was overloaded in the worst tasting Thai dressing that was way too spicy . Salmon was dry so for a team dinner it was dumb.
