Ordered decorations and chairs through Lombards Preston. There was a great selection to choose from and the staff were very helpful. I arranged delivery and setup - made it so easy on the day. Then it was all picked up and taken away. Very happy thank you.
Lombards has always been able to provide me with the items needed for every occasion the hire for helium tanks have made decorating a party much easier staff are so helpful and accessible is great
Specialised in party products, with a variety of unique things, I like this place so much; you can prepare from 0 to 10 what you need for a party or event or birthday, Halloween. They have masks, catering things, balloons, costumes, decorative. The price between reasonable and high, but you can shorten the time, even if you pay a little more, by shopping all you need from them
This place has a wide variety of party products to choose from. If you haven't got the time to shop around for bargains. Just go here. Some prices can be beaten at Kmart or your bargain shops at Northland shopping centre. Overall great party shop. They sell party costume here as well for adults and childrens.

It's the place which should be rated 0 stars if possible, worst customer service. Three ladies behind the counter keep winging and gossiping as they're in a park. I've waited for more than 15 mins for a couple of minutes work. They won't even notice that you're waiting for them to finish. Worst place will never visit Lombard ever.

it's a big store with lots of parking at the front which is great, however in terms of stock I couldn't find all the stuff I came for, wasn't much variety either. Was disappointing considering how big the store is. Looked like it's a good place for hiring things though But the biggest letdown was the staff, there were 3 or 4 ladies working on the day that I saw and they were all at the front desk , constantly chatting, and no one on the floor. Everytime I had a question I had to walk all the way to the front ask them. Felt like I was interrupting an important discussion,made me very uncomfortable . However i saw a repeat customer walk in, and they all came together to help her, so I don't know. Maybe not in mood to deal with new customers that day ?
