Received Lombard's Halloween brochure in mail Tuesday and I was straight online ordering things!!! What a fantastic range but what hooked me where the trick or treat items. I brought heaps and such good value that when the order arrived 2 days later I brought some more! For example, 28 Halloween pumpkin pops $7.99 and Vampire Blood Gum 120 pieces $7.99. Just unfortunate that some lollies available in-store only.
Great party shop, heaps of items, friendly staff and heaps of parking out front.
I was in store today Saturday 10th September. The store was more focused on running a Sausages sizzle then customers. I witnessed a staff member being belittled by a manager after coming in to the store to help with customer service. What a disgusting manager, for what should be a fun environment to shop in the poor staff look miserable. This manager needs a real reality check. You cannot treat staff in this manner it is WORK PLACE BULLYING!!!
Loads of fun stuff for parties. Staff are very friendly and were super cute with my kids. Love all the props, dress ups and decorations. And balloon central.
Unhelpful. My husband went into the store today, hoping to purchase a few specific items for my son’s birthday…he asked for help 3 times and shrugged off…no offer to look up to see if they had the stock, which stores might have it etc. Called up the lovely staff at the Cranbourne and Fountain Gate stores who were so helpful.
Great customer service, always ready to help you out and make your order on the spot for few minutes. A huge variety of party tools to choose and make unforgettable experiences!!!
The team at Lombards were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in their approach to our last minute prop hire enquiry. Lynny and Alex went above and beyond to assist when certain items were not available. The set up and pick up were seamless and the result was perfect. Thanks to all involved! We will definitely recommend!
The staff was really helpful helping me pick out certain things, they are really kind. Even though they were very busy they still put this together for me : 4 stars because some things can be over priced but all in all, good place for party items and baloons. Theres so much variety
Popped in and got some Halloween essentials for a good price, the staff were lovely too.
I ordered balloons for my 21st a month before my party. I sent multiple emails for click and collect as instructed on the website and never heard anything back. I called to confirm my order had been received twice both times being told yes, and that I would be contacted for pickup time and payment closer to the date. 4 days before the party I hadn't heard anything. I called to ask, and was told there was no order, eventually my email was found and had been "missed" They didn't have everything in stock but I was told it would be sorted an I would be called to make my payment once everything was in stock. 2 days later I hadn't been called. I called to ask what was going on, again told there was no order, after looking around they found my order and I made my payment and confirmed pickup. After this I decided the day before the party I would call to make sure it was all sorted out. Again my order couldn't be found, this was sorted out again. I finally thought surely this is done. But no this happened again the day of the party where I called to make sure it was going to be ready for 4pm pickup. My order was missing again, and was found again. And when I thought it was finally sorted out, at pickup they couldn't find my order. There was no order with large "2" and "1" balloons. Eventually my order was found again. The balloons are of great quality however someone needs to organise a dairy or something
