Attended one of my friends 5th years old birthday party here. Great variety of activities, even for my 10 months old son, he plays the light balls on the toddler area and being happy.nBouncing castle is great, good condition, My 5 years old son enjoyed it. Customer service is pretty good on the day. I have been asked 2 times if I want any drinks very kindly.nRecommendations, food can be better quality but for the price they offer, it is acceptable.nGreat place overall.
Realy happy with the service here. My two kids had so much fun and love that they have a family deal for 2 kids $35 2 kids entry, bowl of chips. Cordial & 6 nuggets. The place is clean and the workers are really nice. Cordial was more full then the photo but had tipped some in our cups that’s why it doesn’t look full. They also have rock climbing here which we didn’t try and the teacup ride which I think all lollypops have. Only wish the cordial was cold but it wasn’t a big deal especially with how cheap the food and cordial was.
We had an absolutely fantastic time during our visit! The atmosphere was welcoming and made us feel right at home. The facility was impressively clean, which added to our comfort. Plus, the food was delicious and definitely enhanced our experience. I want to give a special shoutout to the staff, Claire and Bianca. They were not only incredibly professional but also went above and beyond to support me while I worked with my clients. Their attentiveness and expertise truly made a difference in our experience. I felt confident and well-supported, thanks to their dedication and hard work. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't thank Claire and Bianca enough for their outstanding service!
Clean and Spacious place. Lovely staff. We visited on a Friday and got little bit crowded in the noon. Kids love cup & saucer ride and wish it was more frequent.
Subject: Disappointing Experience at the PlaygroundnnI wanted to share my concerns about the playground. It’s often very dirty, and I’ve noticed that even on quieter days, the staff seems more focused on relaxing than on cleaning up. I understand that it can get busy, but it would be nice if they could come in earlier or stay later to maintain the area.nnThe cost is quite high for what’s offered, especially since many of the play structures are broken. I find myself avoiding this place, even though my child loves it, because it’s never clean. I hope improvements can be made for the sake of the kids.
