Fairly clean play centre that needs some updating. Looks like the equipment just exists and not completely functional. The blue slide in toddler area had a broken step and the water function was working. We were there for 3 hours on a weekday and tables weren’t cleared. The parent change room needs to be checked more often.
Have been several times to this Croc’s and continually disappointed. The staff often close parts of centre early and arrived at 4pm and told we couldn’t enter because they were closing early. Very sad to see your little one, who is super excited to be going to play, be turned away. Thumbs down.nWould rather drive further away to a better centre that is more consistent and friendly.
I worked at this lollipops during 2021, after reading the reviews clearly the owners have done nothing to make the centre a better place. Unfortunately so many orders took so long to make because there would only be 2 staff cooking, cleaning, and waiting for 25-30 tables of families, and also the reception desk. The owners do not care about reviews as they have never made action on the feedback. I feel bad for whoever works there now. Such a stressful job. Instead of repairing anything they bought a stupid doorbell when there were already cameras. Most ridiculous and dodgy management.
Great play area for children. Food service very bad, took 3/4 hour for nachos, 1/2 for nuggets and ran out of burgers, and pizza 3/4 hour. Started ordering at 1:15pm and now 3pm and waiting for pizza. Understaffed. Please management put on more staff.
Please put air conditioner on it’s a 37 deg day and it’s very hot inside lollipops. Will make me think twice before coming again on a hot day
