Went to my nephews party today. Not happy with service at all!nKids were constantly told to come back to the party room since they hardly had time to play. I understand that the host has a schedule but they also want time to play AT A PLAY PLACE.nPaid for cat they showed up for less than 3 minutes.n7 of the invites didn’t show but was still charged and charged for a couple of extras that did show.nAlso in saying 7 didn’t show, there was DEFINITELY not enough food for those who did attend.nThen hurried us all to leave when kids as mentioned above just wanted some time to play.nMy nephew was also meant to get a certificate in this package which he didn’t receive.nOverall we have one very sad boy and other children left feeling the same way.nNot happy at all
We’ve been to many birthday parties here and general play. We’ve had lots and lots of fun. Both my two year old and five year olds love the place. The staff are very lovely and attentive. Thank you
We had my son's birthday party there. It was not organised properly and the customer service was really bad. There was not enough food for the kids. When I asked for more nuggets I was told by manager that a kid can only have 2 nuggets each which was not mentioned in the party package and redicilous to say. The party host was disapperd most of the time, we need. Overall experience was really bad. Not recommended at all.
I celebrated my daughter's birthday here today. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great day with their kids. A special thanks to Mia, our host, who did a great job always with a smile.
The children's playground boasts a delightful environment, where vibrant colors and imaginative designs spark endless joy. The staff, with their genuine warmth and care, truly elevate the experience, ensuring every visit is filled with cherished memories. Also, the newly changed coffee beans taste good.
