Such a place to go for Pilipino dishes! We were luckily accommodated for an indoor table without booking at 17:30 but I suggest making one as they gets super busy! The dishes are absolutely amazing, but remember don’t order too much especially if you got the tamarind pork the sourness will expand your appetite and you will eat much much more than you’d expected and get super full

A cafe in the middle of the suburbs, it's conveniently located. Music is a bit too loud, people tend to talk louder, so atmosphere wasn't conducive for a pleasant dining experience. Fresh veggies were used, the meals were on the salty side, as expected of this type of cuisine. Serving sizes were ok.

The food was amazing! I’m not sure what authentic Filipino food tastes like, but it certainly tasted like authentic Asian food, not unlike Chinese/Taiwanese food. The main dishes were fantastic, but desserts were even better and must-haves. I think they nailed how to make ube-flavored stuff, including drinks and iced desserts. Overall, highly recommended, and we will come again.

Honey BBQ chicken was great. However, the crispy pork belly was quite oily to me. The dessert was a highlight, l love the egg pudding plan cake the most.

The best filo restaurant we have eaten so far. It's just a shame they have small space. Walk ins are accommodated outside though with heater can still be cold. The ice scramble was so good. Their sinigang sa sa salmon is also very nice and perfect for winter. Sisig could improve by putting it in a sisig plate with egg. Restaurant clean. Staff friendly. Toilet available. Recommended.

Been here with friends several times, never disappointed me. Excellent food with excellent service, reasonable price but good quantity of food. 100% recommended.Food: 5/5

A lot of overhyped reviews on here but is definitely is a good restaurant: good service, tasty food and reasonable portion sizes. The menu is fairly concise and easy to order from. I forgot there were additional dessert options up the front in their display window. 3 caveats: * They have an electronic ordering system, even for customers who are dining in. This makes ordering additional items a chore. If you want an extra drink, you have to go through the whole rigmarole of punching in your email and card details. * Some dishes are dry, and need extra sauce. The steamed Barramundi was great, it was stuffed with a few tomatoes but more sauce or toppings would have been nice. Same with the pork belly dish - it was very dry. They did provide a vinegar dressing but what if you didn't want vinegar? I asked if they had chilli sauce or something like that, and they kindly provided fresh chili. * I wouldn't take any vegetarian or vegan friends here. There are limited options for them. I would like to visit again to try the authentic dishes, especially the desserts.

Yummy Filipino food and a must visit visit place in Canberra. A must dishes to get Bagnet, Sisig, garlic fried rice, calamares, pinoy ribs, sinaign isda barramundi fish, bicol express and finishing with halo-halo. Good service and food comes out pretty quick. This review is late but going to Canberra on a weekend from Sunday to Tuesday, I found we could only attend on a Sunday so I made it a priority to go there and made a booking - which is highly recommended. So came on a Sunday and it’s really nice looking at the menu, it reminded me about all the filo dishes I always liked and had in Phillipines. We picked our food and I think we over ordered LOL but couldn’t help it, it was so yummy the food. We of course ordeeed the filo bbq which they do really well. I also had their taho which was amazing and I don’t think I’ve seen this in any filo resturant here in sydney!? Or I haven’t seen one yet The halo halo was a good portion. Really enjoyed all the food I just wish I could eat more. The great thing also is that I believe they change their specials on a weekly basis which helps add variety for you to choose! I’ve made the decision that every time we go to Canberra we are visiting this place!! Can’t wait till next time :
