My best learning experience with Logitrain, I finished university in 2017 and was struggling to Find IT job. However, I came to know about Logitrain as one of the best IT training Service providers that offer training and local experience, where I registered for Guarantee 3 Program that offer training and Internship. I have attended face-to-face and Online Session Classes were very Impressive and We'll structured. With the Right training and my hard work I have passed all my certification exams. Thank you so much Logitrain.
Working as an intern at Logitrain built my confidence to work in a professional environment and gave me opportunity to improve my knowledge and skills. During my internship I was able to use my theoretical knowledge in Information Technology that I acquired in university to solve issues in real world. I was given opportunity to learn about the hardware technology. As an IT support role, I was responsible for troubleshooting systems which were causing errors and handled all the IT related issues within the office. Other than that, I have learnt desktop systems set up and made sure that all the systems had specifications as required. Working with Logitrain equipped me with knowledge that I will be able to use further down my career path. Apart from technical skills, it also enhanced my customer service and communication skills. The staff at Logitrain always supported, were helpful and prepared me to become confident and successful. Yes I recommend Logitrain without a second thought. A good environment for people eager to learn and advance in their IT career.

They explained in detail about the training, internship and market condition. The trainers were very helpful and supportive. They helped me to clear my all doubts. Logitrain is one of the best institutions I have come across.. I did around 7 certifications from Logitrain Brisbane few being online training from Melbourne. The staff teaching and non-teaching were very friendly and helpful and I would like to specially thank Murad, Faiza, Shippu, Rita and Abdul from Melbourne; and Shahriar and Sadat from Brisbane for going out of their way to help me during my training and internship.. I would like to wish logitrain all the success and highly recommend logitrain to everyone..
!!SCAM ALERT!! Worst Experience ever, basically its a SCAM company which is only interested in looting people. Very misleading : for example I was told I will be provided with lab experience as a part of my course, but for the name of Lab experience they have two very old CISCO routers full of dust which they never use. They book your Mock Test from their portal and then call on the test day to inform that there is no electricity, and we will reschedule your test, which they never do. I cannot believe how are they even operating here under Australian regulations and standards.
Hands down, one of the best training institute in Australia. Joined the IT Job Program and attended the excellent CCNA training course which covered the course syllabus in detail, MCSA course was in-depth and hands-on, the ITIL course was informative and covered the content comprehensively.
I recently had the misfortune to attend "training" at this Brisbane facility and would not recommend it at all for the following reasons: 1: The lab/class environment consisted of office works $20 chairs, some with suspect stains and Bunnings spec folding camp tables upon which sat Dell Optiplex 755 computers, powered by the mighty core 2 DUO CPU - these machines are circa 2007 release date and designed for windows XP which brings on the next point 2: The above mentioned machines were running windows 8 which kept giving alerts that it wasn't genuine windows. They were also tasked with running a VMware environment demo mode containing windows 7 VMs which were also not genuine windows. As you can imagine, a 10 year old PC running such a environment ends badly. Majority of the time was waiting for said machines to either work/respond/catch up to a key press etc. just bad bad bad all over. 3: No course materials books, online labs/classes, mock tests etc were supplied at all for the course, even though the website said it was. This coupled with the fact that the instructor who never actually introduced himself or told us his name! was hard to understand with the heavy accent, the slow lab environment meant that interest in learning became very limited very quickly with no hope of catching as no course materials supplied. 4: The supplied lunch consisted of vouchers to a small takeaway shop around the corner where we were informed that the vouchers were for lunch items totalling the value of around $10 only authorised. We chose to lunch elsewhere at our own expense, even though lunch was supposed to be included in course. 5: They are actually trading mock tests for "meaningful reviews" on google as part time course takers don't get a mock exam included. So leave a review and you'll get a mock test, seems fair, but now you know all the 5 star reviews below are most likely bought and not a true reflection of the place. I would suggest looking for an alternative training provider or better yet, find some online resources to study and then do the exams at an approved testing facility if possible.
Never Ever join them guys, this is a scam. They take your money and disappear. Totally waste of time and money, all they provide a small book for reading and a notebook to write and few candies. There is no Internship and education so don't fool yourself to get in this scam and don't pay them.
Good platform to start IT career.Attended info session, was intuitive and would join soon. I would strongly recommend to my friends
