Used to love coming in and getting a pie from time to time, now I feel uncomfortable I have food constantly trying to be sold to me and put down on the counter infront of me being told the price and when declining the lady gets unhappy and slams food down. Not going back.
I used to like going to this Bakery until a few weeks ago, i ordered a couple of hot items and 1, i repeat 1 Monkey Face Biscuit which i picked out from the cabinet, just one. It came to $13 and i didn't question it at first until i got home and realised it was a lot for 3 items, I called her and asked how much each item was individually and she told me, the price should have been $10.10, She said she had put 2 cookies in the bag which she did not as i only pointed out one biscuit and asked for one, she kept insisting she gave me 2, and kept saying 'are you sure there's not 2 in there?' She basically believed i was lying and when i suggested i'd just come back and grab another biscuit after she said come get your money, she didn't seem happy but said ok. I went back a few days later and she was serving someone else who she immediately stopped serving, walked over to the biscuits put one in a bag and basically threw it on the counter and said 'don't come back' I was shocked! Of course i wont be going back, and i don't take kindly to being made out to be a liar and a scammer all over a $3 biscuit. She was so rude on both occasions :
We have been going to this excellent bakery for over ten years and have always been impressed by the quality of the service and the products sold at very reasonable prices. This is a top place!
Service 10/10, best pies in the local area and at 3:00pm most of the time u get good deals

The food is always good & super convenient location but every time my partner and I come here the lady is so rude, smacks our food down on the counter and today squished our loaf of bread with her hand.

The staff here are very helpful. The food here is totally amazing the best in Loganholme. I'd recommend everybody give this place a try you won't be disappointed.
