A big shout out to the Loan Market team at Maroochydore. My loan completed yesterday and I would definitely recommend anyone considering a new loan or even just a review of their existing loan, to go and see Wayne and the team. My experience has been awesome. Initial meetings with Wayne to fully understand my position and consider what may work best for me, which was all explained easily and gave me confidence with the loan I was applying for. Then it was over to the admin side of things. Kate and the back office team were superb - great ongoing communication - no question or query was ever a problem, and they stayed in touch with me right throughout the settlement process. Easy, efficient, and personal, I look forward to being a long term client. Thanks again for all your help :) Adam Rogers

I used Loan Market to refinance. Had been with the same back for a long time and they refused to give me a decent rate when new customers were getting offered much better deals. Loan Market got me a great deal and saving me so much more than I though on the repayments. Fast, easy and great service. THANKYOU

Wayne was awesome helping get my first home loan, navigating me through the jargon and getting to the best rate for me! (Currently on 3.59% 3 years fixed!) Rani his assistant was also fantastic. Can't fault them as I got it all done in 21 days and got my first home!

At the beginning of our experience with Loan Market, we dealt with Wayne. He was very helpful, thorough, friendly and went above and beyond to help myself and my partner on what we were after. He was very prompt with ensuring things were on the right track even when he had gone on holiday, he still answered any questions we had. That, unfortunately was where the good experience for us ended and due to how well we were looked after by wayne, I don't like to write this review although we were very disheartened by our experience. Our case was then passed down to Angela & Kate, we had many situations where they had lost paperwork we had sent them, they were always late in responding to us and being a crave yard shift worker, we had asked them NOT to contact myself during the day & to ring my partner - they would regularly call me which would wake me up. We almost threw in the towel with going ahead with our loan due to how stressful this experience turned into. This has left a bad taste in our mouth and we will therefore not be using a broker in future and have left loan market behind to deal with the banks directly ourselves. However, I will still recommend wayne - as I don't believe it to be fair for our poor experience with other team members to reflect the entire company all together. Thank you Jess
