Alex and his team have done an outstanding job at guiding us through the mortgage jungle and managed to get us 'auction ready' within a week. Alex is an excellent communicator, swift to respond and sharp as a razor when it comes to switching gears lenders depending on changes in one's situation and/or requirements. Since working with Alex, I have gained the confidence to recommend his services not only to friends and family - but also to clients. Considering that client referrals are especially tricky at times, because services of the recommended professional have a direct reflection on my own, I believe this to be one of the highest honors in professional life.
Alex was an excellent source of information regarding home loans and lenders. He did all the grunt work, running around to find the best home loan for our needs, and still managed to secure a better rate, even after he negotiated a good rate for us. Alex has been very patient with dealing with all my questions as a first home owner and very accommodating with working back and forth. While I have not signed on with anything yet, Alex has agreed to check in with me again in the future and did not have any issues with me slowing things down.
