This gym has a good range of les mills classes but the group fitness room is very small. This means that you have to turn up about 10-20 minutes early to get a ticket - even if you’re a member. It would be good if there was an online booking system to save members having to drive to the gym only to find out the classes are fully booked. Otherwise a good gym.

Overcrowded with old people even in the middle of a weekday. Decent enough facilities but not a relaxing experience.

I am a man in is fifties and my wife is in the same age group. We decide to join the gym as a couple activity  and have not been disappointed. The staff and instructors are adentive and there to help. I have already lost 10 kg and we are having a lot of fun doing it. Also included is the use of sauna Spa and steam room. All the gym equipment is well maintained.

I use the Spa, Sauna and steam room. It is clean and well maintained (in my opinion). It is only seven minutes drive from my house

Good place for spend the day with kids. Entrance free for kids but small charge for the adults. But worth. They got nice kids pool and spa for adults. Nice park outside with lots of greenery for have a picnic. There is a small cafe inside too. Busy in the weekend & may have longer waiting time for family changing room.
