Great park for all sorts. Fenced dog area, missing water facilities around there or maybe I'm blind? Lots of parking and different areas to enjoy plus there's the historical village

Facility needs new management. Women’s changing room showers usually blocked by hair. Family changing rooms usually occupied by elderly couples or have rubbish in them. A couple of weeks ago I took my toddlers into the little splash pool and swam around for a while until I spotted poo in there. The pool was empty when we got in and I checked my kids who were clean. So the lifeguard who was in there when the last group was there clearly didn’t check the pools and the lifeguard who came over when we entered the pool didn’t check the pool either. Gross. Tried to go today after management had communicated to me that they would make changes, unfortunately we couldn’t even get in as their hours for the toddler pool once again were ridiculous and wouldn’t open for another 35 mins even though the big pool was at capacity for who knows how long. So couldn’t get into any pools. Left and went to Otahuhu pools and had a great experience, completely free and a lovely community.

Everything good. The swimming pool is big, clean and nice. Only issue I had is one of the gym staff. I don’t know his name but he uses wheelchair. He does not know clear information and gave me wrong advice about gym membership plans. Also his behaviour was not professional and rude.

We went for an afternoon splash at the splash pad. It was free to go in and let the kids run around outside. There were a few tables under shade available. Both nephews 1 and 5yo really enjoyed it. The swimming facilities inside also look new and nice but we just went to the splash pad.

Nice swimming pool, not too busy at least at this time of the year. Nice gym too.nnVery friendly and helpful personnel.
