The kids enjoy playing here after our swim. I just give four stars as I don't consider it a park worth visiting in its own right particular but it's certainly a nice addition to the pool. A few things to play on and places to sit.
Very nice playgrounds. The new one is very good and always busy; great for kids socilaizibg. However, there is only one baby swing in the new playground, but two in the older one
Truely one amazing public park. Started walking there out of curiosity and ended up in awe. Very clean and neat and walkways everywhere you look. Was stunned to see the shere size of this park. Beautifully crafted mountain bike trail for everyone to enjoy and loads of space to let your dog loose and run.
Visited to see the Britt Euro Classic Car Show. Ample parking space and conducive atmosphere for a family outing.
Great location has the pools, BMX track, skatepark & halfpipe, duck pond, walking track, netball courts, bowling, howick historical village, playgrounds, cricket, football, hockey, track & field etc etc
Large park with lots of things to do. There are a few sports feilds in here like for netball, cricket, soccer and outdoor hockey. The Howick Historical Village is also in here. There is also the aquatic leasure center in here with the public pool. There also plenty of paths to walk around the whole park.
Perfect outdoor space during week 7million of lockdown. Heaps of area to socially distance just bliss
Great splash pad for kids. There is good shade available and the pad is closed off. There is a park across the road as well, but minimal shade there.
I love the scenic view it has nice walking path and for those who love cycling they have bike only path and new challenges for those who love little bike adventures.
