The maintenance guy Anthony came out today to fix our leaking taps shower head loose air con vent and fixed our doors and re painted them. He works in a professional manner especially being surrounded by 4 sick kids. He came on time and got done what was needed. Happy with the work he has done! Definitely would recommend him to others.

Kelley and the team are easy to deal with, always responded promptly to any issues (not that there were many). We were appreciated as stable tidy tenants and that goes a long way! thankyou for providing a home for us while our family home was being built. Cheers

My Partner and I have never rented before, and therefore we were worried about being treated based on our age and rental experience. We were pleastly overwealmed with the warm and welcoming manner in which we were treated, and have subsequently been treated with from the very beginning. All our question were answered with great detail and care when we first moved in, and we have always been made to feel like everyone is willing to take the time to help us whenever needed. Working in real estate myself, I know how easily property managers can become over whelmed with the amount of tenants and owners they deal with on a regular basis, and more commonly than not, property managers cannot put faces to names or remember property addresses affiliated with specific tenants and owners. This stereotype could not be more inaccurate when it comes to Kelley our amazing property manager. Her attention to detail, and personal manner has exceeded our highest expectations, and I would not hestitate to reccomened LJ Hooker Willeton, and especially Kelley, to any tenant or owner.
