Used Josh Biggs (the Principle of the LJ Hooker Stirling office) to sell our house, but he made a total mess of it by marketing the wrong price, a failed auction, prematurely removing the For Sale sign without permission, and extremely poor customer service. He was unable to sell the property after 3 months. Potential buyers made contact with us afterwards stating they stopped dealing with him due to his arrogance and poor communication skills. After our Contract expired, we changed agent and sold the home after 2 weeks! We found this agent presents well at first in order to get your listing, but it soon becomes evident he lacks motivation, enthusiasm, honesty (constantly lies!) and is expensive as well. There are far better agents in the Hills. Just wish we avoided LJ Hooker Stirling, as it was an expensive mistake using them.
