Moving interstate with a family of 5 adults and 3 pets needing a rental property was far more difficult than we imagined. We were turned down for rental properties time and time again. We finally met Ian and Jeorgia from LJ Hooker Coomera. Both Ian and Jeorgia went out of their way to assist us. When they had many applicants for homes they understood our situation better than anyone else that we been in contact with and worked tirelessly negotiating on our behalf with landlords so that we could keep our family pets. They are both genuinely friendly and very professional and I am confident in saying that if it was not for Ian and Jeorgia we would still be looking for a home. Thank you so much guys we are looking forward to working with both of you over the next couple of years as we rent. Stephen and Joy Richards

I was turned away from an inspection today 24/4/18 by 2 attending agents. The way I was spoken to by these agents was unprofessional and rude. Looking fot a house in Pimpama. An area I have never been to before but my partner and I have been looking for a place as the area has been recommended to us by friends whom have lived here. I arrived at the inspection time and saw the LJ Hooker car by the garage and so i walked to the car and no one was there. So i knocked on the door of the house at which it was parked. No answer. I called the office and theu said they are present and at the door. So i waited by the car hoping an agent would come by. They came around the corner and asked why am i standing next to their car. I said i was here for an inspection. They replied very rudely and bluntly "well its over. We just had to show 18 people around and im not going back around to let you in so you have to understand that" i was blown away by the way 2 of your agents ganged up on me. I replied "well i waited by your car which is next to the front door of the property and i knocked" Then they both snapped at me "well the door we went through was around the other side of the house on the neighbouring street. You should've gone around there to meet us" I have never been in the area, let alone that complex so i had no idea there was multiple access points. Nothing was mentioned to me about it. I check the ad and found no reference and I arrived at the address that was supplied which is where the mailboxes were as its the propertys registered address and the agents car was at the garage. So now we have lost an opportunity at a property we really liked. Left there after being made to feel stupid, wasted a lot of time coming from the southern gold coast. All because of a couple of agents who clearly dont mind treating potential tenants, very poorly. I will be withdrawing any applications I have made to your agency and will avoid dealing with you in any future house hunting. After the past mistreatment and lack of interpersonal skills from another LJ Hooker branch. I made the judgement that it was down to 1 bad agent at 1 office. But clearly there is a lacking quality amongst LJ Hooker as a whole and will avoid your brand chain as a whole

LJ Hooker Coomera Property Management Team would have to be the worst real estate I have ever dealt with and the dismal service we received was atrocious! They lied multiple times in writing and would take weeks before getting back to me or my husband and were hopeless with keeping up with maintenance issues (we ended up having to contact the owner ourselves to get anything done). The staff turnover they have had is proof enough that they aren't a good agency. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN

I would like to comment on Emma Roberts who was the lovely staff member I had most of my dealings with in the final months of my tenancy. I had some flooding issues which could have been a nightmare, but Emma was a great help, and kept me informed every step of the way. She was most helpful with every contact I had, she always had a great disposition, was friendly, prompt with reply and information, and was a pleasure to deal with. I felt she has a great attitude, and enjoyed doing her job well. I think she is a great asset to LJ Hooker, and there should be more like her in customer service everywhere!

I have been & currently a tenant with LJ Hooker Upper Coomera. Since 2009, I have found this agency Extremely professional in all facets of leasing, especially with there communication and the assistance of trades used at the 2 properties that I have rented in almost 9 years. The Property Management Team are incredibly friendly and articulate in everything they do. Greeted in there office with friendly smiles, and always a pleasure to discuss all avenues within there business. Emma Roberts and her Team are an exceptional, professional group of hard workers. All Agencies and businesses would learn a lot about Customer Service from the Staff at LJ Hooker Upper Coomera.
