When needed, they went missing. Messaged both property 'manager' & owner. Followed up by calls & v.mails to both. Yes it was PM but it was an emergency & you would have thought I'd of had a reply/call first thing. No, nothing.

The worst experience ever, impossible to talk to the agent when there is a problem,never pick the phone, I wouldn't suggest anyone to do any business with them because they are not professional at all!
