Been going to greencross for over a year now and have not had one bad experience. From the minute you open the door you're always met with a smile. Every team member I have met has been lovely. They really do care and give honest advice.
doctors are patient and friendly, 1 year care plan really saved my money, i can take my cat to ask professionals even it's minor illnesses without considering about finance. Feel happy to keep her health and don't have to search on website if she's ill.
My first vet visit...
Generally good but, as usual, the 7pm appointment wasn't until 7:30. I do not understand why they are unable to send you a quick message to let you know they have been busy and are behind. A simple courtesy.
Took good care of my bunny and let me know that vaccines were running low country wide so I might need to contact another vet.
Janet Cridland is one of the best diagnotitans in the state, if not the country. Multiple physiologies, including equine. Don't pay for poor veterinarian service, go here. May not be the cheapest, but it IS THE best!!!
Fabulous vets. Really caring and pragmatic.
Been going there a few years and have always had a good experience. Receptionists and nurses are super nice and genuinely seem to love animals. The vets I have seen are good at explaining procedures and caring. It's a good size if your pets need a little space and is always clean.
