The God that raises the dead and speaks life into dry bones still achieves the impossible!
Pastor Joe Fernandez is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Living Waters Victoria Worship Centre. Following an encounter with the Lord in the Middle East in 1965, he began his Ministry after having received a prophetic word in Oman, that God would use him to heal many. This was only the start of the Lord using him to do His mighty works as chronic physical illnesses such as asthma, paralysis, blindness, deafness, terminal illnesses such as cancers, Parkinsons disease, leukaemia, tumours were healed. There were instances when life support of patients were terminated God did the impossible by bringing the patients back to life not only in Australia but also in Sri Lanka. The healings were not limited to the physical as people who were depressed, suicidal and under the influence of demonic powers were set free. As the word spread people from remote areas, of various faiths came in large numbers and were healed, delivered and restored in the mighty Name of Jesus. In 2007, Pastor Joe was prompted to start a prayer meeting in Australia. The attendance at these services have grown rapidly, resulting in the establishment of the Living Waters Victoria Worship Centre. As the word spread people from many nations have reached out through various means resulting in skype prayer meetings being set to cater for the large number of people who cannot travel, but have faith in Jesus receive their healing on Skype.In 2011 during his visit to Canada, Italy, Paris and Sri Lanka as well as in various parts of Australia the word of God has been spoken followed by great signs and wonders.
