I had a wonderful experience during my tenancy with Premium Living. The room in my shared house was to a very high standard, as were the communal areas. Darryl was absolutely brilliant - he was always quick to help resolve any maintenance issues and was a pleasure to have as a landlord.
Having had the pleasure of renting from Darryl & the Team at Premium Living recently; the Property was immaculately presented to a high standard, Management & communication impeccable and generally an all round faultless experience. Being both Professional and courteous in equal measure, I'd happily recommend anyone looking to rent, that they use Premium Living in the future. One of the best in the area!!!
Rented a room in a shared house from Darryl for 6 months. Beautiful house, brilliant landlord with great communication and always responds quickly to any messages. Never had any issues during my time there. Would definitely recommend
I moved in to No.10 Bath Street after relocating with a view of being there for 6 months! Just left after 4 Years and I have to say it was amazing. The property is fantastic, modern, clean and Darryl & Brenda are fantastic landlords, nothing was ever a problem. I Can't recommend them highly enough...10 all the way. Thank You. Richard.
Darryl was an excellent landlord during my time in Southport. Professional, incredibly efficient, and always on the ball. He also went out of his way to help when I accidentally locked myself out one time. The property was also modern, and having bills included in the rent was v good value. Would strongly recommend Premium Living
We rented a beautiful newly refurbished penthouse apartment for 4 months whilst waiting for our new house to be completed. The Apartment was fully furnished to a very high standard, and just felt like home. Darryl, the landlord, made us feel like it was our own home and was always friendly, helpful, and always super quick to respond to any contact or queries form us. We would highly recommend Premium Living and Darryl for any accommodation requirements in Southport, especially Nightingale House.
Darryl was a very fair landlord, there was very good communication between us and any problems were resolved in a very timely manner. I would recommend renting through Darryl.
I rented one of the apartments here for 7 months, fully furnished. Amazing property, great location, handy for Churchtown, Southport front and Hesketh Park. Apartment was furnished in high quality furniture, I couldn’t fault the apartment at all. Everything was immaculately clean and the apartment came with every sundry item I could ever need bedding, towels, kitchen utensils etc I just needed to move in with a bag of clothes! Safe and secure with underground parking too. Landlord is very responsive and very professional. I would highly recommend the apartments for both short or long stays and I would definitely go back should I need another short term property in the future.
