Dealt with Ari at check in she is bubbly, positive, funny, hard working and attentive. Linsa did my injection and until now I've felt every injection I've ever had but not this one. She was quick, but not in a bad way, in an efficient way to the point that I didn't even realise the injection was done. She takes me through everything and being my first flu shot  she looked after me afterward to make sure I didn't have any immediate adverse reactions. I know this is probably protocol but it's nice to see protocol followed through. Her calm nature helped my energy ease which was nice. Thanks team.

For 6 years we had a great experience give or take a few incidents. Overall the chemists are very knowledgeable and caring with our medications and advice. This afternoon July 15, 2025 the woman at the script counter at Sth Coolum Rd, Coolum was so obnoxious and rude that we will never go to a Live Life pharmacy again. Some basic customer service training wouldn’t hurt.

I dropped in for medication today and asked a question about the flu shot. Alice the pharmacist said it was quiet so did I want it now. Alice gave me in injection and I 100% honestly did not feel a thing. Brilliant

I was there a few months back, and everyone seemed to go out of their way to help me with the products I needed. Very good service! Thank you!
