What a terrific bright and light boutique pilates studio! The reformers are first rate. The workouts are challenging. And, two of my favourite instructors -- Dani and Kasey -- have regularly scheduled classes there. I highly recommend Body Base Pilates.

Love my Pilates classes at BodyBase. The instructors lv had are all high quality & each class has been challenging & fun.
Body base has a lovely fresh feeling studio, good quality equipment and a variety of excellent instructors. Who all create a welcoming inclusive atmosphere in their class. I highly recommend Body Base Pilates to anyone like me, who is looking for the best quality instruction towards maintaining a healthy strong body for life.
Really lovely instructors that all take the time to help you get the most out of each class. I also love how no two classes are the same and I’m always excited for the next class.
