Such a beautiful store with a great selection of quality products. As a new mum I have stocked up on everything from books to teethers, teddy bears and hats. The little one just loves visiting the store. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable and I found it really easy to access, being open 7 days with plenty of parking.
Sharing Christmas with small people for the first time in many years, I was clueless about presents. Carole and Patrick were so helpful - knowledgeable about small children as well as about the toys in the store. I bought lots of presents based on their advice - and every single one was received with delight!
I had such a great experience with this store. I ordered a present for my 7yr old niece and within 4 days it was on her doorstep in Sydney...arriving on her actual birthday. The gifts were beautifully wrapped with gorgeous paper and pink ribbons. It really made a difference to the experience my niece had when unwrapping them. The communication between when i placed my order and when it arrived at its destination was also 5 Star. Little Sprout sent an email to say thanks for my purchase which was lovely, and i was updated at each stage of the delivery process. I really couldn't speak more highly of my experience with them. Thanks Little Sprout for making my niece's birthday one to remember. And thanks for saving my butt after leaving it so late to order the gifts :
I saw a toy my daughter had been talking about on the week of her birthday, so I needed it very quickly. I contacted little sprouts via fb messenger and they happily assisted me on a Sunday. I called them on Monday to get the express postage service and without saying my name they immediately knew who I was! They were honestly so lovely, and my parcel arrived on Tuesday. Amazing service. Look forward to buying from the team again!
Such a lovely welcoming store. So many beautiful things to choose from. Great selection of wooden toys and dolls. The staff really know their stuff and were so helpful. Look forward to returning in the future.
I cannot rate Little Sprout high eneough. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the shop stocks some of the most amazing toys and books and there is plenty for kids to do when you visit. There are also regular activities programmed like ‘story time’ and ‘LEGO in the window’, which was a huge hit with my kids. It’s my one stop shop for birthday presents as there are many fun and educational presents for all ages!!
We love coming to little sprout, from the toys to the fabulous staff it is an experience for all. I feel like a child again when I'm shopping there! I also love the online ordering, wrapping and postage if I can't get in store. There have also been times I've seen something I want and Little Sprout has sourced it for me, that's customer service!
Little Sprout is a fantastic find if you're after a quality toy store for young kids. They stock a great range of toys, including really great educational toys as well as the more mainstream toys like Lego, Barbie etc. Good range of Schleich figures as well. Parking is usually easy as it's in the courts in Phillip. Staff are really friendly and happy to help, can't recommend this place enough.
