We visit this area every so often and when we do, this is one of the few places we eat at. The wait can be a while, even with a booking, but they make up for this with some of the best Italian food you can find in Sydney. The service from all the staff is also impeccable; they would always make an effort to check in on you even though they are super busy. Pasta and pizza were cooked to perfection
If you want authentic Italian food, come to Little Italy. Our waiter was excellent. It's also great that it's BYO, so you can bring your favourite wine and keep the cost down.
Cocktails were delicious, food was great! Staff were so lovely and let us stay with another table after the closing time and didn't kick us out at all. Vibe is great inside. Great menu.
This place is just so so good, great pizza and fabulous food, friendly fast service and the owner is a real host. Congrats to you Little Italy. I will be back soon. Well worth a visit.
Disappointing seafood pizza delivered which I then had to further cook in the oven for 15 mins otherwise like eating bread with tomato sauce with seafood thrown over the top. I have left 5 star review previously. Come on guys - a pizza isn’t rocket science. Consider flying your pizza chef up to The Treehouse, Byron and steal their recipes!!!!
The amazing Daniela, husband chef and beautiful staff hosted our wedding upstairs. From beginning to end, nothing was a problem. They were so thoughtful and helpful at every step. And the food! Amazing! Everyone loved it! We can’t recommend it highly enough for any function- but to host the whole wedding, ceremony and all was magical. Well…what an absolutely scrumptious and superb dinner! We attended here for my birthday along with my extended family. Nearly everyone in our group agreed that this was the best Italian they’ve had in a very long time. And the service and ambience was deluxe too. Location is ideal also right across from the beach. Definitely the best out of all Little Italy restaurants having attended the others in Allawah and Newtown. A definite multi return customer. Keep up the great work guys!
The food was kind of so-so… especially for the price, it wasn’t particularly great. Gnocchi was slightly over cooked, food took a while but they were quite busy— you need a reservation, and the price didn’t match the quality. Overall average Italian food.
I hosted my sons baptism lunch here on the weekend. The food was delicious! The service was phenomenal and Daniela was fantastic to deal with so organised and very lovely. Such a great restaurant highly recommend!
Feeling like going on a long late drive and getting coffee we found ourselves leaving the area and heading over to Bundeena. With nothing open or places closing soon we decided to head over to Cronulla, where we found Little Italy. We arrived at 9:26PM and saw on Google that their closing time was 9:30PM though thankfully they were still serving new customers walking in and had a sign on the front window indicating that were open till late. Began with a piccolo with 1 sugar each which unfortunately was a bit of a let down due to it tasting quite watery and diluted. We also ordered a margherita pizza which to our surprise we received quite quickly, though like the coffee we felt like it just missed the mark as the base was very thin and on the cusp of being soggy though the crust was phenomenal as well as the tomato sauce used. Overall was glad we were able to get something to eat after a very long drive and at that time of night.
