3.5 stars, could be 4 for a bit more welcoming service/atmosphere. The food was good but not outstanding. Not many vegetarian options in a lunch menu.

Best place in Nelson for a lovely Indian meal and great service. This place deserves 5 stars in my opinion!

We came here with our four children 2,4,6 and 16) and had a very positive experience. The food didn't take long, they made sure everyone's diet needs were met (meat eater, vegetarian and dairy intolerant) large choice of meals, mild, medium and hot. Everything tasted fantastic, will definitely be back!

No idea how this place has 4.2 stars... Ordered a chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. Chicken was poor quality and curry mainly flavoured by pepper, naan was very thin & crispy with next to no flavour. When the waitress asked how the food was and if I was just full I said well I've left most of the chicken as I don't think it's good quality, she just laughed and said OK! If you don't know how to deal with criticism or an unpleased customer then don't ask for feedback.
