Betty is extremely confident and competent in dealing with kids having their first haircuts. Miss 2yo sat on my knee and Miss almost 4yo sat in the chair watching cartoons on the ipad provided. Both left happy, with neat haircuts and a certificate featuring some of their first haircut. It was a great environment which was designed to put kids and parents at ease. A great experience, and we'll return for future cuts. Thanks Betty!
Great experience. My daughter was nervous about her first haircut but the nerves disappeared as soon as we entered the salon. Between the toys, being able to watch cartoons during the cut, and the friendly staff, my daughter had a wonderful time and was very relaxed. Very happy with the haircut and the service. Super quick and a great price too!
Having a fussy toddler that absolutely hates haircuts we have tried so many other places and it was never a pleasant experience. Wish we had come to Little Hollywood earlier. The ladies here have the magic to calm him down. Little fellow sit comfortably through the entire haircut and we were more than satisfied with the result. Highly recommended

Took my 15 month old in for his first haircut and we had such a great experience. Betty is quick, and clearly has worked with children for a very long time! Great setup to keep the kids occupied with iPads etc. Looking forward to our next appointment!Service: Hairstyling
Absolutely awful!!! Do NOT take your child here! Betty cannot cut hair. It’s uneven and really choppy. Lord knows if she is even qualified as I have never seen anyone cut hair that badly. Betty also doesn’t listen to what you actually want done. I figured out later, it’s because she can’t actually cut hair properly. She and the other lady also brushed my son’s hair so roughly that he was nearly in tears. This was supposed to be a positive experience. They were rude, disinterested and the whole experience was horrible! The shop is very run down and feels dirty. A total waste of time and money!
Betty is the absolute best…. This salon very much leads the way brilliantly for how kids should feel and experience a haircut.
Had my almost 3yo’s first haircut here. We booked online on the day after my daughter asked to get her haircut! So easy Betty was lovely. We explained we didn’t do screen time so the iPad was taken away, which allowed my daughter to watch what was going on. She sat dead still the whole time which was surprising but they gave me a cute little keepsake of her hair a little clear plastic bag with the hair in it and ‘certificate’ which was a really cute touch. I asked to keep some and was just expecting to pop it in my handbag haha Also did little twists in my daughters hair - and sprayed glitter spray into it. She also got a balloon! Definitely worth it for a first hair cut. We left and my daughter didn’t stop talking about it thanks Betty. You were great
